This role is responsible for the strategic management and continuous improvement of Belden's central repository of solution architectures, ensuring reusability and scalability across the organization.

Responsibilities
Oversee the design, development, and commissioning of a full stack dynamic reference architecture database/platform including validation and systems engineering
Manage the day-to-day operations, content governance, and continuous improvement of the CRA database/platform
Develop and enforce standards for all design documentation and reference materials, including blueprints, diagrams, BOMs, and application guides, ensuring adherence to CRA standards
Oversee the review, approval, and publishing workflow for all new reference architectures, ensuring formal technical review and compliance
Curate and organize content to ensure designs are easy to find and use, and manage user access and permissions for the platform
Train and support field teams on effective CRA platform usage, collaborating with Solution Architects, Digital Transformation, IT, and third party resources for content ingestion and technical maintenance
Qualification
Required
Strong background and experience in technical program management with an emphasis on systems/platform development lifecycle management
Proven experience in strategic management, governance, and continuous improvement of architectural repositories or similar platforms
Expertise in validation and vetting of systems architecture and development including evaluation of external tools/platforms and vendor management
Strong understanding of full stack solutions within OT and IT applications, and reference architecture materials, ensuring reusability, consistency, and scalability in solution designs
Expertise in developing and enforcing standards for design documentation, including diagrams, BOMs, and guides
Ability to effectively train and support diverse field teams on technical platforms and content
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
