Responsibilities

Decisions have a direct impact on plant operations and customers

Frequently interacts with peer groups

Interactions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolution

Ability to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence

Leads facility VOS communications, education and trainings

Implements site analysis including baseline of operations and financial analysis and continuous measurement and improvement

Partner with the local VOS manager to develop and deploy VOS strategy

Proven track record of operational execution

Required

Six Sigma / Lean certifications, preferred

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of 3 plus years' experience
