Responsibilities
Manage a civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and written responses
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda supporting litigation strategy
Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, clients, and expert witnesses
Communicate regularly with clients and provide timely case status updates
Ensure compliance with court rules, deadlines, and procedural requirements
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
Active admission to the Massachusetts State Bar
Minimum of one year of civil litigation experience
Experience practicing in Massachusetts state and federal courts
