Responsibilities
Lead and supervise technical staff; assign and monitor work deliverables
Plan, schedule, and manage project resources and timelines
Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and status reports
Analyze business and technical requirements to design effective solutions
Provide architectural oversight ensuring system integrity, scalability, and security
Coordinate communication between IT teams, business users, and third-party vendors
Support system installation, deployment, and user training
Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions
Participate in software development, system analysis, design, and project management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution
10+ years of experience in: Systems analysis, design, and development
10+ years of experience in: Application architecture and enterprise solution design
10+ years of experience in: Stakeholder and relationship management
Strong understanding of SDLC and modern development methodologies
Proficiency in multiple programming languages to support architectural decisions
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Strong expertise in database design, data modeling, and data management
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Solid understanding of application and infrastructure security principles
Experience with microservices, monolithic, and client-server architectures
Familiarity with test automation tools and quality assurance practices
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
