Responsibilities

Maintain and update sales inventory, ensuring accurate availability for advertising campaigns

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of client campaigns, tracking their progress, and ensuring timely delivery of results

Collaborate with Account Executives to prepare proposals, draft contracts, and manage client agreements

Shadow Account Executives during client presentations and meetings, both virtually and in-person, to understand client needs and sales strategies

Help coordinate and attend industry events, social functions, and meetings with advertising agencies and brands across the U.S

Lead and assist on various special projects that support the sales and marketing teams, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved

Preferred

3-5 years of prior work experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

Strong written communication skills: You are comfortable writing for various audiences, from internal stakeholders to external clients

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: You have a strong command of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and are able to create polished presentations and track key sales data

Experience in project management or related organizational roles is a plus
