Trash-outs of vacated units including but not limited to removal of debris, furniture, and appliances, painting and minor repair work

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Less than 1 year of experience

Ability to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions with common sense understanding. Ability to deal with problems that involve few variables in standardized situations
