Qualification
Required
Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, policy structures, and coverage options
Communication skills, including strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service abilities
Sales skills, including lead generation, cross-selling, and upselling techniques
Organizational and administrative skills, including record-keeping, documentation, and time management
Active state insurance license in property and casualty insurance required
Proficiency in using client management systems and relevant software
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build relationships with clients
Preferred
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
