Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals and growth objectives

Lead capital raising initiatives and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and investors

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies across the organization

Drive operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making across departments

Lead Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations

Build and maintain strong banking and financial networks to support organizational needs

Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
