Responsibilities
This position will assure compliance with state-specific closing and escrow related requirements
This position will work with the internal teams to make sure that all licensing requirements are met
This position will work closely with other leaders on the TRAC+ team to make sure all internal and external deadlines are met and loans are closed timely
Provide oversight and guidance to team members to ensure compliant loan closings
Have or be able to obtain individual escrow related state licenses on an as needed basis
Provide direction to team members on disbursement and title related matters in connection with loan closings
Have demonstrated knowledge of residential mortgage loan documentation and loan closing processes through prior experience
Have a commitment to continuous business improvement
Be capable of working closely with internal clients and outside business partners
Be able to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively
Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Have excellent communication skills
Have critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Be self-motivated and able to work well in a team-based environment
Qualification
Required
This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our San Diego office
Have at least five (5) years of experience as an escrow officer or escrow supervisor of other escrow officers at a title company or escrow company
Provide oversight and guidance to team members to ensure compliant loan closings
Have or be able to obtain individual escrow related state licenses on an as needed basis
Have demonstrated leadership experience in your current role or prior roles
Provide direction to team members on disbursement and title related matters in connection with loan closings
Have demonstrated knowledge of residential mortgage loan documentation and loan closing processes through prior experience
Have a commitment to continuous business improvement
Be capable of working closely with internal clients and outside business partners
Be able to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively
Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Have excellent communication skills
