Responsibilities

Develop and implement people plans and solutions to achieve organizational initiatives for the CSC organization
Partner with senior leaders and their leadership teams to develop talent strategies
Function as a consultant to key leaders; engage in strategic planning meetings to translate business needs into HR plans
Lead Organization and Leadership Review (OLR) processes, focusing on succession planning, talent development, and organizational health
Coach and develop senior leaders on people management, leadership effectiveness, and organizational capabilities
Partner with AWS talent acquisition teams to maintain early career talent pipelines
Review and analyze business metrics including retention, employee experience, and organizational health data to recommend systemic improvements
Support performance and compensation management processes and ensure fair, consistent application across the organization
Work with managers and employees to address employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests
Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational culture
Support change management initiatives and organizational transformations
Own and drive goals and special projects for the CSC organization as needed
Collaborate with central HR teams and matrixed site and international HR colleagues on CSC people initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field
Experience hiring and managing a world class team of global sales professionals
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troubleshooting network
7+ years of HR specialist, HR generalist (e.g., HR Business Partner or HR Partner), HR manager, or HR program experience

Preferred

Experience in leadership work as an HR generalist, preferably in a high tech environment
Experience as an HR specialist, HR generalist (e.g., HR Business Partner or HR Partner), HR manager, or in HR program roles
Bachelor's degree, or experience coaching senior leaders and managers with strong talent assessment skills
Experience scaling an organization through rapid growth or expansion
Experience assessing management and executive talent
Experience leading organizational change initiatives across multiple locations
Experience analyzing HR data and translating metrics into actionable workforce strategies
PHR, GPHR, or SPHR, or 4+ years of HR experience
Experience in technical support, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service
