Responsibilities

Work closely with partners across all phases of litigated and non-litigated disputes, including pre-suit claims investigation and advice, case evaluation and reporting, discovery and depositions, trial and alternative dispute resolution, and appeal
Advise international and domestic insurers in first- and third-party coverage disputes, and represent their insureds in lawsuits involving business and contractual disputes, premises liability, products liability, professional errors and omissions, trucking liability, and other matters
Supervise and assist more-junior attorneys while receiving guidance and training from more-senior attorneys

Required

3-5+ years of experience as an attorney in a law firm or clerkship
Litigation experience, preferably involving insurance coverage issues
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Strong attention to detail
Superb interpersonal skills
J.D. is required
Must be admitted to practice in Georgia
