Responsibilities

Own outbound sales strategy to identify brands/prospects for agency engagement across core areas of expertise including: media, social, creative and integrated campaigns
Identify and pursue net-new prospects using a mix of research, targeted outreach, warm introductions, and strategic networking
Craft compelling outreach narratives that translate Crispin’s capabilities into solutions for client needs
Represent Crispin externally at conferences, industry events, panels, and networking opportunities
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline , tracking outreach, engagement, and opportunity progression in partnership with the Business Development team
Set and exceed quarterly outbound opportunity goals , balancing volume with highly targeted, high-value engagements
Own performance and reporting on outbound efforts – collaborating with Finance and Business Development to support forecasting
Partner with Crispin’s leadership team to continually refine and evolve Crispin’s outbound strategy to keep our brand story tight and aligned with our values
Stay ahead of industry trends to identify white space opportunities and emerging brand challenges

Required

Ability to work from our OWTC NYC office on Tuesdays and Thursdays
10-12+ years of sales, business development, or growth experience in advertising, creative agencies, brand consulting, or marketing services
A proven track record of successful outbound hunting – opening doors, generating meetings, and driving net-new opportunities from scratch
Strong familiarity with brand, creative, and integrated campaign work and how large organizations buy these services
Exceptional relationship-building skills – confident representing an agency with senior-level clients
Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messaging and articulate the agency's value
Experience partnering cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and leadership teams
