Own month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting

Prepare and review consolidated financial statements

Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members

Partner with senior finance leadership to improve processes and controls

Support audit, tax coordination, and compliance activities

Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements
