Responsibilities
Produce and support all experiential projects from kickoff through execution
Own project management workflows, including workback schedules and timelines
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and production partners
Source, manage, and communicate with external vendors (A/V, fabrication, staffing, logistics, etc.)
Track deliverables, deadlines, and budgets to ensure projects stay on scope and on time
Support on-site event production and execution as needed
Anticipate issues before they happen and help problem-solve in real time
Collaborate closely with internal creative, strategy, and leadership teams
Qualification
Required
2-5+ years experience in experiential marketing, events, or production
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple timelines
Experience working with vendors and production partners
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable in fast-moving, high-pressure environments
Excellent communication skills (email, phone, on-site)
Willingness to travel and work events when required
Preferred
Experience with large-scale brand activations or live events
Familiarity with workback calendars, run of show documents, and production schedules
