Room Inspector
RLDatix North America is seeking a Room Inspector to oversee housekeeping staff and ensure room cleanliness. The role includes inspecting guest rooms and public areas, managing supplies, and assisting staff as necessary.

Responsibilities
Oversees the Guest Room Attendants, Room Inspectors and Housemen
Assigns work to Guest Room Attendants, Room Inspectors and Housemen
Take disciplinary action as necessary
Trains new employees
Distributes and monitors the room keys
Inspect every guest room on a daily basis
Double check that all rooms are locked before leaving floor
Inspect all public areas for cleanliness and appearance (as occupancy allows)
Complete an AM status report for all guest rooms
Report any clean room discrepancies to the Housekeeping office and/or Front Desk
Compare assignment sheet of all Room Attendants and compare it to printed status report
Maintain communication with Front Desk to ensure enough clean rooms are available
All check out rooms that are clean should be entered into the system by 3:30pm as staffing allows (check in time is 4pm)
Return status report to Director of Housekeeping at the end of each day
Check to make sure supply closets are full (contact Housemen if supplies are needed)
Inform Laundry if floors need any linens
Assist Guest Attendants or Laundry Attendants if short staffed
Place items in a clear trash bag
Label the bag with date, room number and your name
Take the bag to the Front Desk
Follow Procedures for Using Chemicals
Follow Procedures for Handling Bloodborne Pathogens
Qualification
Required
