This role will be responsible for managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring its optimal functionality and user experience, while also collaborating with various teams to enhance recruiting operations.

Responsibilities
Serves as the primary administrator for the iCIMS ATS, managing configurations, workflows, and integrations
Acts as the product owner, partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT to define system requirements and implement solutions
Provides technical support and training for recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
Monitors system performance and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement
Manages vendor relationships and coordinates with iCIMS support for issue resolution and upgrades
Ensures data integrity, compliance, and accurate reporting within the ATS
Leads system enhancement projects, including testing and deployment of new features
Develops and maintains documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 1 to 3 years related experience
Strong understanding of iCIMS platform functionality, workflows, and integrations
Proven ability to manage system configurations and troubleshoot technical issues
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in product ownership or system implementation projects
Provide recruiting administrative support to assist with day-to-day Talent Acquisition operations
Support and analyze third-party Talent Acquisition tools to ensure optimal performance and integration
Participate in other projects as required to support Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives
Preferred
Experience as iCIMS Administrator or similar ATS support role
Familiarity with HR technology ecosystems and integrations
Knowledge of reporting and analytics within iCIMS or related tools
