Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team of 8–10 inside sales representatives focused on closing SaaS deals to achieve their monthly, quarterly and yearly quotas
Monitor team performance daily and implement plans to hit individual and team quotas
Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation with sales targets and campaigns
Conduct regular 1-on-1s, sales huddles, and team meetings to provide training, support, and performance feedback
Track sales activities and pipeline management using CRM tools
Customize sales presentations and product demos to align with client needs and pain points
Act as a subject matter expert during customer engagements, providing technical insights and addressing concerns
Strengthen client relationships through active listening and tailored solutions
Stay informed on market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies
Work cross-functionally with product, support, and finance teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth handoffs
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to evolving sales playbooks

Required

8+ years of inside sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role—preferably in SaaS
Proven ability to drive team quota attainment and revenue growth
Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a hands-on leadership style
Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and consultative selling approaches
Comfortable analyzing sales data to identify trends and improve team performance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
