Confidential company is seeking a Senior Director of Facilities who will be a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for end-to-end facilities strategy and operational excellence. The role involves overseeing new site launches, geographic expansion, and ensuring that all facilities are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining compliance and operational standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end setup and buildout of new locations as the company expands into new geographies
Oversee site selection strategy, feasibility studies, timelines, and capex planning
Manage space planning, floorplans, capacity modeling, and future expansion readiness
Serve as the primary liaison with developers, property managers, engineers, architects, and contractors
Ensure all new sites meet operational, IT, security, health & safety, and local compliance requirements prior to go-live
Drive aggressive but realistic project timelines to support high-volume hiring and ramp schedules
Lead all lease negotiations directly with property managers and landlords
Negotiate service contracts with general contractors, construction firms, maintenance providers, security vendors, janitorial services, utilities, and specialized facility vendors
Establish and enforce SLAs, pricing structures, and performance metrics across all facility vendors
Continuously evaluate vendor performance and drive cost efficiencies
Provide executive-level oversight of day-to-day facility operations across all existing locations
Oversee: Preventative and reactive maintenance, Annual facility inspections and upgrades, Space optimization and reconfigurations, Equipment installations and removals, Ensure facilities remain safe, operationally efficient, and compliant with all regulatory standards
Partner with Operations, IT, Security, HR, and WFM to ensure facilities fully support business needs
Own the facilities budget, including capex, opex, rent, utilities, maintenance, and vendor contracts
Build multi-year capital expansion forecasts aligned with company growth strategy
Drive strong financial controls to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives without sacrificing operational quality
Ensure compliance with all local building codes, labor regulations, fire/life safety requirements, and accessibility standards
Lead business continuity planning related to facilities (natural disasters, power failures, infrastructure risks)
Oversee workplace safety programs, security standards, and emergency response protocols
Build and lead a global facilities team as the organization scales
Partner closely with: Executive Leadership, Operations & Program Leadership, IT & Infrastructure, HR, Recruiting & People Operations, Serve as the executive advisor for all real estate and facilities-related decisions

Required

12+ years of progressive experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate Development, Construction, or Corporate Infrastructure
Proven experience leading multi-site, multi-geography expansion —ideally within BPO, call center, or high-growth operations environments
Extensive background in commercial lease negotiations
Large-scale site buildouts
Contractor and vendor management
Capital project management
Deep understanding of construction timelines, permitting, zoning, and compliance requirements
Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets
Executive-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness and ability to travel frequently to support site launches and major projects
