They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead eLearning and Instructor-led Training projects, acting as the main liaison with federal agencies and overseeing the course portfolio development and management.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day execution of ongoing work to develop and maintain the customers’ array of eLearning and/or ILT courses

Lead a multidisciplinary team of 10-30 subordinate staff who contribute to the work, such as instructional designers, graphic artists, multimedia specialists, website developers, subject matter experts, Section 508 compliance specialists, videographers, photographers, training analysts, etc

Serve as the direct manager for 3-6 subordinate staff

Act as a principal spokesperson for the project and serve as the primary interface with the contract officer’s representative (COR) and designated government leaders

Manage and control all aspects of project quality, risks, costs, schedule, and deliverables in fulfillment of project objectives

Exhibit a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness in problem solving

Travel at least once each quarter to designated customer training locations within and outside of the continental U.S

Required

Active Secret Clearance

Bachelor's degree in training, education, educational technology, or a related field

At least 5 years of project management experience leading a team of at least 10 full-time subordinate staff

At least 2 years of experience leading projects for developing and/or updating eLearning and/or ILT courses. Experience should demonstrate the candidate's ability to coordinate and synchronize the efforts of a multi-disciplinary project team using the ADDIE instructional design method

At least 2 years of experience supporting federal agencies in the execution of security-related programs or on topics related to the protection of classified information and Government technologies
