Client Relations Specialist
BayOne Solutions is seeking a Sales/Account Manager III to provide support and account management for live sellers. The role involves handling inbound requests, acting as a point of contact for sellers, and ensuring a smooth seller experience through effective communication and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound requests from sellers (account issues, bugs, technical support)
Act as the point of contact (POC) for sellers — log issues, open tickets with the product/tech team, and maintain communication back to the seller until resolved
Document issues thoroughly and ensure they reach the right internal team
Support accounts to grow by providing a smooth seller experience and escalating feedback into process improvements
Mostly will be email support to start with
Qualification
Required
First line of defense for live sellers
No sales responsibilities — this is purely support/account management, not farming accounts
Hands-on support for sellers new to live streaming, including account setup and technical troubleshooting
Must be comfortable working in ambiguity, able to self-start, and identify common themes across issues to help define resolutions
Strong account management mindset → someone who can own issues end-to-end, not just pass tickets
Primarily reactive at this stage
Handle inbound requests from sellers (account issues, bugs, technical support)
Act as the point of contact (POC) for sellers — log issues, open tickets with the product/tech team, and maintain communication back to the seller until resolved
Document issues thoroughly and ensure they reach the right internal team
Support accounts to grow by providing a smooth seller experience and escalating feedback into process improvements
Mostly will be email support to start with
2+ years of experience in managing or supporting accounts (no cap on maximum years)
Strong technical support experience (bug troubleshooting, documenting issues, filing tickets) are not a match
Backgrounds in call centers or customer support environments are acceptable if combined with account management skills
Preferred
Experience in these tools is preferred, especially Salesforce
Industry: Software / eCommerce
Previous eBay employees (GCX support, account management) are highly relevant
Experience with live streaming + account management is a ready hire candidate
