Responsibilities
Checks for physical and cosmetic damage on LED modules after they have been repaired
Tests for faulty SMD LEDs on LED panels
Replaces plastic masks on the face of LED panels
Scans out repaired modules, compiling a list of modules that pass inspection in Excel
Builds and dismantles LED video screens
Regularly lifts 20-30lbs of equipment
Uses computer software to operate LED video screens
Assists with project builds and tear downs at on-site and off-site locations on occasion
Qualification
Required
1-2 years in a quality control role or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of video-related products and subsequent terminology
Knowledge and experience supporting Windows operating systems
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Preferred
Quality control background
Experience and understanding of LED displays
Experience with ROE LED products and processing systems
Live event production industry experience
Bilingual (Spanish/Chinese)
