Enterprise Sales Executive

They are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales Executive to lead new business acquisition within large, complex B2B organizations, focusing on building early-stage pipeline and top of funnel leads.

Responsibilities
Drive new logo acquisition across targeted enterprise accounts
Build and sustain a robust top-of-funnel pipeline through strategic outbound and account-based initiatives
Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, and C-suite executives
Conduct structured discovery to understand enterprise objectives, transformation initiatives, and decision criteria
Partner closely with Marketing and Leadership to align go-to-market strategy and messaging
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM (Hubspot)
Represent AAXIS as a trusted advisor throughout the enterprise buying journey
Qualification
Required
5+ years of enterprise sales experience in technology sales including digital transformation services, data and AI
Proven ability to sell consultatively to enterprise buyers, navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Demonstrates strong independence, ownership, and accountability in a remote, performance-driven environment
Motivated by building pipeline from scratch and converting early-stage conversations into qualified enterprise opportunities
Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through top-of-funnel demand generation
Highly organized, data-driven, and disciplined in sales execution
