Law Practice
Responsibilities
Review documents and utilize CompuLaw to generate deadlines
Use internal and external resources to ascertain correct case information
Interact with personnel from multiple departments at various levels in the Firm
Fully understand bankruptcy, litigation, and the appellate processes and rules
Conduct research as needed
Assist in training new docket staff on department policies, procedures, and software systems
Lead special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years prior docket experience with a rule-based calendaring system (CompuLaw, CourtAlert, eDockets)
Advanced working knowledge of federal, state, appellate, and bankruptcy rules
Detail oriented, extremely organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a high pressure environment
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with personnel at all levels
Excellent professional work ethic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
