Responsibilities
Decipher existing applications and create modernization plans
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Design end-to-end architectures for systems, applications, and integrations
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture principles
Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms that meet project and organizational needs
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, standards, and roadmaps
Work closely with development teams to oversee implementation and resolve technical challenges
Address security and compliance requirements in solution designs
Qualification
Required
Deep domain expertise in Retail Supply Chain Domain - Merchandising, Warehousing, Logistics Planning, Inventory Management processes, Master Data Management and the Market Product capabilities (likes of Manhattan, Blue Yonder etc)
Proven experience as a Sr. Solution / Enterprise Architect
Experience in Digital Transformation of Legacy Apps including older technologies / stack and AS400
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex solutions using microservice architecture
Strong understanding of software architecture patterns of microservices
Strong understanding of Microservice architectures, principles and patterns
Experience with creating Solution designing, UML modeling, sequence diagrams using tools such Visio, draw.io , plant uml etc
Experience with designing distributed systems using .Net frameworks
Experience with REST API Modeling
Familiarity with Azure or GCP cloud infrastructures
Solid understanding with CI/CD pipeline, Artifactory, Static code analysis tools
Knowledge of data modeling using RDBMS, APIs, and integration frameworks
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools - Kubernetes, etc
Experience in leveraging AI tools for SDLC
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align diverse priorities
A proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
Preferred
Familiarity with Finance or Telco Domain - Good to have
