Responsibilities
Lead and support a multidisciplinary rehab team providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy services within the skilled nursing setting
Oversee day-to-day rehab operations, manage scheduling and staffing, ensure compliance with company and facility policies, complete staff evaluations, and maintain strong communication with facility leadership
Report weekly to your Area Manager and provide in-service education to support ongoing interdisciplinary collaboration
Qualification
Required
Experience in a skilled nursing facility environment
Licensed OTR, COTA, PTA, DPT, or SLP
Understanding of both short-term rehab and long-term care programming and how therapy delivery impacts quality measures
Proactive and attentive to changes, declines, and opportunities for improvement
Comfortable building and sustaining a strong caseload
Enjoy collaborating creatively with nursing, administration, and the interdisciplinary team
Like attending facility meetings and being actively involved in building culture
Positive, supportive mentor, coach, and teacher
Organized, adaptable, and confident leading a team
Strong communication, organization, and emotional intelligence
