Director of Compliance-Remote
LSA Management delivers best-in-class property management for apartment communities across the Southeast. The Director of Compliance ensures all LSA communities meet federal, state, and local housing regulations and will lead compliance strategy, audits, and team development.

Responsibilities
Oversee compliance for multifamily housing programs and layered funding requirements
Manage audits, inspections, and annual reporting for state agencies and investors
Lead and mentor a compliance team; provide training for on-site staff
Review monthly reports and lease-up files for accuracy and timeliness
Qualification
Required
Experience managing a team of 3+ compliance professionals
Expertise in LIHTC Section 42, HOME, HUD programs, and state agency requirements
HCCP and COS certifications
Strong Excel skills
Excellent communication
Preferred
6–8 years multifamily compliance experience, including 3+ years in NC
