Sr Vice President Account Management
Healthcare Linen Services Group is seeking a Sr Vice President of Account Management to lead their Account Management & Service organization. This role focuses on maintaining high levels of client retention and growth while managing relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring effective use of Salesforce CRM.

Top level wiring and connectivity to our largest clients
Weekly field rides with Account Managers & Service Leaders, to include customer visits and internal meetings
Participation and support of Business Reviews
Ensure department daily usage and proper usage of Salesforce CRM
Hold department to weekly activity and quality metrics
Escalation and management of any customer issue resolution and support with internal stakeholders
Develop relationships with key stakeholders for all renewal and new business opportunities
Follow all HLSG policies and procedures included in the HLSG Handbook
Utilization of ADP for all Human Resource related activities (i.e. Paid Time Off, etc.)
Hold weekly 1on1’s with direct reports, reviewing renewal pipeline, strategy, growth opportunities, and ensuring proper execution
Enforce proper contract template and language usage during renewals
Engage in a renewal strategy and effort each time a TRIGGER is realized (added product, location, etc.)
Intimate knowledge or existing contracts; termination date, exit language, pricing, annual increases, billing losses, etc
Ensure appropriate customer profitability
Relationship with key stakeholders in contract decision making and development of relationships with these individuals
Escalation of customer concerns and risks to renewal
Maintain daily contact with operational partners to ensure client outcomes
Qualification
Required
Ability to organize and direct oneself and effectively train others
Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word
Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely
Ability to deal with others in a conflict scenario
Ability to develop a particular skill in others to bring them up to a predetermined standard of work performance
5+ years of experience successfully interfacing with, negotiating with, & presenting to multi-million-dollar business partners
5+ years of experience successfully managing high level sales & account management resources, as well as managers in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment
Possess a high competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Possess valid driver's license
