Responsibilities

Drive Revenue & Margin Growth
Daily Prioritize high-margin opportunities and negotiate deals that balance volume with profitability
Weekly/Monthly Review sales performance against KPIs, adjusting outreach strategies to close gaps and hit annual profit targets
Identify, Qualify, and Convert Leads to Clients
Daily Proactively source and qualify leads against our Ideal Client Profile (ICP) to build a robust pipeline
Weekly/Monthly Maintain a high conversion rate through consistent follow-ups and strategic pipeline reviews to fuel long-term company growth
Strategic Vendor Relations
Daily Maintain active communication with key partners to stay ahead of pricing, product updates, and collaborative opportunities
Weekly/Monthly Conduct performance reviews and strategy sessions with vendors to optimize margins and enhance our client value proposition
CRM Integrity & Data Management
Daily Log all interactions and generate competitive quotes promptly, ensuring the CRM serves as a "single source of truth."
Weekly/Monthly Audit data accuracy and generate health reports to analyze pipeline trends and engagement levels
Client Experience & Performance Metrics
Daily Monitor deliverables—including shipping accuracy and onboarding timelines—to ensure seamless client satisfaction
Weekly/Monthly Track and report on "New Logo" acquisition and client diversity metrics to ensure sustainable, high-quality business expansion

Qualification

Lead QualificationCRM ManagementSales Performance AnalysisVendor RelationsClient Experience

Required

Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the broadband or telecommunications industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
Ability to identify and qualify leads against the Ideal Client Profile (ICP)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Experience with CRM systems for data management and reporting
Strong negotiation skills to balance volume with profitability
Ability to conduct performance reviews and strategy sessions with vendors
Experience in monitoring client deliverables and ensuring client satisfaction
Ability to analyze pipeline trends and engagement levels
