Responsibilities
Review partnership and corporate tax filings including U.S. federal, state, and local compliance, partnering with external advisors
Manage tax risks that impact both the US entity and its partners including tax impacts of compensation, allocations etc
Lead tax strategy for US business and support U.S. growth — state nexus, entity structuring, new offices, and expansion projects
Assist with IRS inquiries, audits, and risk management
Modernize processes and contribute to global tax strategy
Qualification
Required
8+ years of U.S. Federal Partnership Tax experience
Public accounting and/or corporate tax background
Strong communicator and business acumen who can partner with senior leadership
Must have a legal right to work in the US without sponsorship
Preferred
Experience with multi-entity structures, apportionment, state compliance a plus
