New Grad, Entry LevelSetterlin Building Company is seeking a Project Engineer to support commercial construction projects from award through closeout. This role supports Project Managers and Superintendents with coordination, documentation, scheduling, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities
Support commercial projects from award through final closeout
Assist with CPM schedules and project documentation
Review drawings, specifications, and submittals
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Monitor jobsite quality, productivity, and safety
Assist with closeout documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical documents
Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software
Willingness to work in the field
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Willingness to travel to job sites across central and southern Ohio
This is an in-office and field-based role with hands-on exposure to active job sites
