Responsibilities

Provides technical leadership and operational support for district software applications that support instructional, administrative, and operational functions
Supports the research, analysis, and resolution of application needs and system issues
Assists end users with the effective use of applications across school sites and district departments
Leads the maintenance, configuration, and ongoing support of multiple applications
Ensures system reliability, accuracy, and timely delivery of system outputs
Provides direct assistance and guidance to end users
Develops and maintains technical and user documentation
Supports system administration and batch processing activities
Provides coaching and support to peers and colleagues within IT and across the organization
Collaborates with cross-functional teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; or the ability to demonstrate the necessary technical skills for the role
Five (5) years of experience in application management, information systems, or the computer science field
