Hands-on Engineering Architect experience to support lab and network initiatives
Experience in development, testing, and validation of network solutions
Collaboration with vendors on optical and data network projects
Hands-on work with network infrastructure, telecom systems, and optical networks
Networking experience with copper cabling and Layer 2/3 data networks
Experience in telecom environments and architectures
Knowledge of optical networking and access networks
Programming/Scripting skills in C/C++, Go, Python
