HR Coordinator
OneOncology is a leading organization in cancer care, committed to providing individualized treatment and support to patients. The HR Coordinator will support the Human Resources Department's daily operations, manage onboarding processes, and assist with employee training and communication.

Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring employees have the resources they need to thrive within the company
Ensure employee files are audit ready at all times and maintained in an organized manner
Track expiration/due dates for the following documents. Notify employees of impending expiration date. (TB clearance, BBS license, Driver’s license, Car Insurance, Flu vaccinations)
Assemble new hire documentation
Responsible for processing all requests for business cards and ID Badges
Provide monthly reports to credentialing team and managers/supervisors
Host weekly company wide zoom calls
Send notification and reminders to employees
Obtain references for applicants
Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire packets, conducting orientations, and ensuring completion of required documentation
Respond to all employment verification and student transcript requests
Responsible for processing all requests for business cards
Track due dates of Performance Evaluations
Process all interns and contractors and maintain updated files for them
Provide administrative support to Human Resources Department and the Executive Team
Welcome and greet candidates during on-site interviews
Manage and update job postings across job boards and the company's LinkedIn page
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and interview team
Assist with initial candidate screening as needed
Provide administrative support for various recruiting-related tasks as required
Fax, mail, photocopy, scan and email documents when required
Distribute incoming mail/faxes to appropriate person or department
Place orders for office supplies when needed
Explain policies and procedures to employees during new hire orientation
Track all internal and external training in the Healthstream database
Assist in the planning of the year-end party and employee events
Support various HR and office operations as needed
Contribute to special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
1 year of administrative experience
Willing to travel to other sites if needed
Preferred
BA/BS in Business, Management, Human Resources, or related field
