Responsibilities

Develop and innovate textile materials from concept to commercialization
Collaborate with product creation teams to align materials with sustainability goals
Partner with vendors to test and refine materials, ensuring top quality
Manage multiple projects across seasons, balancing resources and deadlines
Report to the Global Apparel Materials Team and work closely with various departments
Stay updated on industry trends and apply them to material development

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Textile Science, Apparel, or related field
Experience in apparel product creation or similar industry
Strong technical knowledge of yarns, knitting, weaving, dyeing, and finishing techniques
Excellent communication skills and digital literacy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse teams

Preferred

Experience with performance materials and industry trends is a plus
