Talent Hackers is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle in the AI Film Production B2B sector. The role involves engaging decision-makers, conducting tailored product demos, and converting leads into long-term customers while meeting revenue targets.

Responsibilities
Run full-cycle sales from prospecting to close
Manage a pipeline of prospects
Conduct product demos tailored to ICP
Identify client needs
Prepare proposals and negotiate contract terms
Follow up with leads from marketing, events, and referrals
Track activity and deal stages in the CRM
Collaborate with onboarding to ensure smooth customer handoff
Maintain strong knowledge of product features and industry trends
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in an account manager or account executive role
Hands on experience with a B2B product
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C-level or higher)
Ability to work full time CST
Preferred
Experience using Sales Navigator (preferred) or similar lead list building tools
Strong understanding of AI or Film Production
Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms
