Responsibilities

Process, underwrite, and close 1st Mortgage Business Purpose loans

Review loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

Coordinate with brokers, borrowers, attorneys, title agents, and internal team members

Prepare documentation and ensure smooth execution of all closings

Manage modifications, extensions, and restructures of existing loans

Communicate with borrowers regarding payment issues, missing documents, or loan status

Work closely with company principals and servicing team on payment problems

Work directly with attorneys on loans that are not paying

Coordinate legal loan matters with management, ensuring files are prepared and accurate

Track legal timelines, documentation, and follow‑ups

Complete post‑closing review and verification for all newly closed loans

Ensure digital and physical loan files are fully updated and compliant

Abstract loan data and verify accurate setup in internal systems
