Administrative Assistant
NOVO Properties is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our daily Real Estate operations at our Hyde Park office. This role is integral to maintaining organized office operations and supporting the property management team.

Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Scan and process rent checks and other financial documentation
Schedule maintenance requests and coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors
Assist with resident move-ins, including preparation of paperwork
Perform data entry and record updates in Yardi property management software
Maintain organized electronic and physical files
Provide general administrative and management support as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Customer service–oriented with a professional demeanor
Preferred
Prior administrative, office, or property management experience
Experience with Yardi property management software
