Responsibilities
Analyze, design, and implement JD Edwards Finance and Supply Chain solutions, supporting business initiatives and process improvements
Provide functional expertise for Direct Orders and trading business workflows, ensuring alignment with operational and financial requirements
Lead and support EDI integrations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing data exchanges for accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including IT, Supply Chain, and Finance—to gather requirements, document business processes, and deliver system enhancements
Utilize RPA tools to automate manual processes, increasing efficiency and reducing error rates
Leverage SQ9 knowledge to support reporting and analytics needs across finance and supply chain operations
Conduct user training, create documentation, and provide ongoing support for JDE applications
Participate in testing, upgrades, and rollout of new JDE modules or enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a JDE Finance BA, with demonstrated expertise in supply chain modules
Proven track record working with Direct Orders and trading business environments
Extensive EDI experience, including mapping, troubleshooting, and process optimization
Strong understanding of finance and supply chain business processes
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work onsite in the Tri-State area at least 3 days a week
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and implementation
Knowledge of SQ9 for advanced reporting and analytics
Previous involvement in trading and direct order business models
Experience in project management or leading cross-functional teams
