Responsibilities
Analyzing user requirements and defining functional specifications using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Designing test plans, test cases and testing strategies
Coordinating software quality assurance manual and automation testing
Reviewing User Stories to ensure technical accuracy, compliance and/or completeness and to mitigate risks
Creating and enhancing comprehensive test plans to capture test strategy, approach and test scripts
Mapping test plans to User Story requirements
Designing and implementing manual and automated tests (functional, usability, regression, integration, end-to-end and performance testing) using various test automation tools, such as Selenium
Developing unit tests, functional tests, integration tests, automated tests and end-to-end tests using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Angular, HTML, CSS, Typescript, PostgreSQL, Oracle, AWS, CloudWatch, Code Pipeline, Jenkins, Git, SonarQube and Docker
Developing and implementing test validations of the applications using JUnit
Analyzing test results and recommending modifications to the applications to meet project specifications
Maintaining version control using Git
Documenting modifications and enhancements made to the applications, systems and databases as required by the project
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology or Engineering
one years' experience in position or IT field
Experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Angular, HTML, CSS, PostgreSQL, Oracle, AWS, CloudWatch, Code Pipeline, Jenkins, Git, SonarQube and Docker
Up to 100% travel to various unanticipated domestic client sites in US required
