Responsibilities

Reconciles daily transportation charges on orders for all customer accounts

Reviews computer-generated reports and daily driver paperwork to verify movement

Research discrepancies

Communicates all updates to the Transportation and Finance team for approval

Completes billing in a timely fashion, usually within two days after the date of service

Meets monthly closing deadlines

Also may be required to perform other accounting/clerical-related duties as requested
