Responsibilities
Market insurance products to potential clients through various channels
Conduct telemarketing activities to reach out to prospective customers
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance requirements
Manage sales administration tasks efficiently
Handle benefits administration for clients' insurance policies
Utilize multilingual skills to assist diverse clientele
Engage in outside sales activities to expand the customer base
Demonstrate expertise in retail sales techniques within the insurance industry
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information
Negotiate terms and coverage options with insurance providers on behalf of clients
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in the insurance industry or a related field
Strong ability to market insurance products effectively
Excellent telemarketing skills with a focus on customer acquisition
Proficient in communicating complex insurance concepts in a clear manner
Demonstrated success in outside sales roles
Familiarity with retail sales strategies within the insurance sector
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and data privacy standards
Exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients
Preferred
Prior experience in sales administration is preferred
Knowledge of benefits administration processes is a plus
Multilingual proficiency is advantageous for engaging with diverse clients
