Responsibilities
Define the architectural strategy for Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into high-level technical specifications and solution designs
Provide expertise and guidance on Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, features, and best practices to drive innovation and optimize solution implementation
Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud components and integrations to meet business needs
Design and architect end-to-end solutions that leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, considering scalability, performance, security, cost and maintainability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems (Salesforce Ecosystem and beyond)
Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices
Define and implement data governance practices and data management strategies to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance
Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and system integration challenges related to Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Provide guidance and support to program teams during solution implementation, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and performance optimization
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud trends, features, and enhancements, and assess their potential impact on the organization's architecture and solutions
Qualification
Required
4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations as an Architect
3+ years designing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions
1-2 years working specifically with Salesforce Data Cloud in an architectural role
Strong understanding of data governance, integration strategies, and solution scalability
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
Strong communication skills for working across teams and stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components
Background in integrating Salesforce Core with Marketing Cloud
Salesforce certifications such as Data Cloud Consultant or Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
