Responsibilities

Analyze, design, code, test, document, implement, and maintain agency computer systems supporting health services

Develop and oversee advanced Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and data models to improve fiscal-year calculations, expenditure rollups, and executive decision-making

Mentor junior developers in BI best practices and visualization techniques

Create monthly architecture snapshots, workflow diagrams, backend schemas, and operational documentation

Ensure seamless integration with agency systems, including EDM and GIS platforms

Collaborate with data analysts, integration teams, and program areas to ensure accurate and meaningful data visualization

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, definitions, and data dictionaries

Provide technical support for BI tools and other assigned applications

Adhere to agency IT development standards and security protocols

Perform other duties as assigned
