Responsibilities
Perform complex systems analysis and support for assigned clinical modules and applications
Lead or coordinate small to mid-sized projects, including documentation, planning, timelines, and communication
Develop functional and technical specifications to support clinical and operational workflows
Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient and effective operations
Serve as SME for assigned applications and technologies, advising on enhancements and strategic technology use
Coordinate application testing, server risk management, and system integration efforts
Ensure reliable data exchange between Epic and third-party clinical systems
Mentor Clinical Analyst I & II and Clinician Analyst I & II team members
Collaborate with IS and technical teams to support enterprise-wide initiatives
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Five or more years of relevant clinical systems development and support experience
Epic certification or proficiency within four months of hire
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
Experience supporting clinical workflows and integrated healthcare systems
