Responsibilities
Own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles, from job briefing and advertising through to offer acceptance
Design and deliver creative sourcing strategies to attract talent across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and other critical functions
Build and maintain a strong, proactive pipeline of qualified candidates to support ambitious hiring targets
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, advising on recruitment strategies, market conditions, and talent availability
Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and provide a positive, well-managed candidate experience throughout the process
Track, analyse, and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring clear visibility and timely updates for stakeholders
Support employer branding activity, helping position the organisation as an employer of choice in competitive markets
Ensure full compliance with relevant employment legislation, internal policies, and security requirements associated with a defence environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
3–5 years' experience delivering full-cycle recruitment, ideally within aerospace, defence, manufacturing, or similarly technical sectors
Proven success sourcing and hiring highly technical or specialist roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to influence and advise hiring managers
Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and social media sourcing
Willingness to travel as required for recruitment events, career fairs, or site visits
Preferred
Exposure to DoD or government-contract environments
Understanding of security clearance requirements and experience recruiting cleared candidates
Experience supporting high-volume hiring or rapid organisational growth
