Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and configuration of Adobe Target across web and mobile platforms, as well as Marketo email channel
Architect and maintain robust personalization and testing frameworks
Collaborate with Marketo tech lead, marketers, UX designers, and data analysts to ensure seamless integration and execution of experiments
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe Target deployments
Provides client training for future personalization and testing frameworks
Translate business goals into actionable testing strategies
Analyze test results and provide insights to inform future campaigns

Required

12+ years of experience (For Lead/Architect)
5+ years of experience with Adobe Target
Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Strong understanding of data sharing between Target and Marketo
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud
Experience with tag management systems
Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment
