Responsibilities
Manage design-build commercial projects from bid through closeout
Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals during preconstruction
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement
Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
Communicate with clients, designers, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines
Qualification
Required
Experience in commercial construction project management and estimating
Strong understanding of design-build construction processes
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Solid budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control skills
Professional, client-facing communication abilities
