PACS IT Support Specialist

TruBridge is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote PACS Support Tier I professional to join their ImageLink PACS team. The role involves providing first-level technical support to clients, ensuring efficient assistance and troubleshooting PACS-related issues.

Responsibilities

Provide PACS Tier I technical support and information regarding the services, products or materials offered by Trubridge EHR in relation to the PACS product
Deliver timely and efficient technical assistance as a Remote PACS Support Tier 1 Technician
Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat (ticketing system)
Record and track all client interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, in the ticketing system
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of issues and resolutions
Assist clients with installations/updates of PACS software server and viewer applications
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to IT PACS Specialist Tier II or IT PACS Guide Tier III support
Collaborate with other IT support staff to identify recurring issues and propose solutions for continuous improvement
Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support when necessary
Troubleshoot and solve PACS-related issues, respond to inquiries, and ensure that clients can work smoothly within the PACS product
