Responsibilities

Maintaining accurate client records
Responding to client inquiries
Scheduling, coordinating, and participating in client meetings
Assisting with the onboarding of new clients
Supporting day-to-day operational needs
Assists with trading execution
Portfolio research
Preparation of investment and planning materials
Serving as a knowledgeable, professional, and approachable point of contact to help ensure high-quality client experience and smooth daily operations

Required

Minimum of two years of professional experience in client service, operations, administrative support, or a related role, preferably within financial services
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
Proficiency in administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and organization to support efficient operations and accurate client records
Ability to assist with client account management, onboarding processes, and financial planning support activities
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset toward improving client experiences
High attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Securities licenses (Series 7, 65, or 66) are a plus, or willingness to obtain

Preferred

Experience with CRM systems and financial services software is preferred
Working knowledge of Redtail CRM and eMoney financial planning software preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
