Review and assess applications for post settlement funding
Communicate with attorneys verbally regarding the case
Perform exhaustive due diligence on the attorney and the case
Formulate and present funding offer to attorney
Prepare company funding agreements for execution
Supervise Operations Manager
Follow the transaction closely until it is paid

Required

Must be an Attorney with minimum of five years litigation experience preferably with class action cases
Highly organized
Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Working knowledge of legal documents and litigation
Law degree
Attorney, minimum of five years litigation experience
